Need something with a bit of energy to get you going in the morning? The following easy peanut butter smoothie recipes maybe just what you’re looking for! And at around 240 calories for this recipe it gets the thumbs up all around, it’s one of my best smoothie recipes.
Peanut butter features highly on many lists of forbidden foods, but it’s not all bad news. Although peanut butter does contain a high level of sugar it also contains high levels of the good fats and proteins, which in turn helps to diminish that burning desire for something sweet throughout the day.
So in a nut shell (or in this case jar) it’s ok to eat peanut butter in moderation.
