Mango And Spinach Dairy Free Smoothie
This green colored dairy free smoothie makes a neat midday snack and with 2 servings of fruit and 1 veg its not one you will be feeling guilty about!
What you will need
Serves 1 at 220 calories
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1 medium orange quartered
- 1 ripe mango (peeled and cubed)
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1/2 cup of ice cubs
Method
Add water, orange, mango, spinach and ice cubes to a high quality blender and blend away
Easy Strawberry And Banana Smoothie
This is a very refreshing dairy free smoothie made with apple juice. If you prefer a workout smoothie just substitute the juice for almond or soy milk and add a spoonful of protein powder.
Frozen strawberries can sometimes be a little tart so I prefer to freeze my own when they are sweet and juicy. But if I do need to sweeten this a little I add a bit of honey (see freezing your own fruit and veg)
What you will need
Serves 2 at 160 calories per serving
- 1 cup of apple juice
- 1 banana
- 1cup of frozen strawberries

Orange And Carrot Smoothie Recipe
Beautifully sweet and packed full of vitamin C this colorful smoothie will give a great boost of Beta carotene that your body will convert to into vitamin A.
What you will need
Serves 2 at 120 calories
- 3/4 cup or carrot juice
- 1 orange peeled and quartered
- 3/4 cup of frozen mango
- 3/4 cup of frozen pineapple
